The staff didn't seem particularly cute. i asked for a taxi several times, but they kept saying they were busy no matter the time of day. the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were few pots and no tea towel or washing up liquid. it's great to have a washing machine, but there's nowhere to hang clothes.

The location was superb. The housekeeping lady Raveen was helpful and understanding (i really appreciated it). She took great care of our room especially since we had a daughter who made a mess. The entire staff was great throughout my stay.

This was very irritating because i was in a room close to the work, giving me a headache. i was woken up at 2:30 am by a strange noise in the room above, it lasted for about 20 minutes.
